VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes 6 to 16. Our “home” is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We are an all volunteer team, so your help is invaluable to the success of the team. First official practice THIS Thursday at 4:30. Meet at the picnic tables by the first bathrooms at Arroyo Verde Park. Regular season practice days will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 4:30
