VC Express will be taking registration at Arroyo Verde Park
this week Aug 26-29 from 4:15-4:45.
-Fees for this season are $100 per athlete. Make checks payable to VC Express.
-Any NEW athletes will need to provide a copy of the athlete's birth certificate.
Coach Wright had a parent meeting at the first day of practice (Thursday, Aug 22). In case you missed it, here is a recap:
Practices Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs at 4:30 @ Arroyo Verde Park.
Runners MUST bring water, sweats and running shoes (no Keds)
Soreness is normal, but if you think you are injured it is important to talk to your coach.
Parents also welcome/encouraged to run with us ;)
School and Family come FIRST.
Practices are offered four days a week, but not mandatory.
Getting school work done is your first priority.
Parents may drop off, but please come back on time to pick up.
Only those listed on registration forms are allowed to pick up.
