VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes 6 to 16. Our “home” is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We are an all volunteer team, so your help is invaluable to the success of the team. Registration does not start until late August. This is just an informal, pre-season, light work out for any interested in checking out VC Express or getting back into the swing of things before school and the regular season begin ;)
