VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes 6 to 16. Our “home” is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We are an all volunteer team, so your help is invaluable to the success of the team. Good to see so many new runners yesterday along with lots of familiar faces :) Let's do it again tomorrow-Thursday, July 26. Same time/same place: 5-6pm @ Arroyo Verde Park. Don't forget to wear your orange shirts if you can.
