What to Bring:
(1) COPY of Birth Certificate if new athlete
(2) Check made out to "VC Express" for $100 (includes uniform)
(3) Waiver will be available at the park or you can download Waiver and Consent SCYTFC
(4) Registration Form will be available at the park or you can download REGISTRATION FORM SCYTFC
