VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes 6 to 16. Our “home” is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We are an all volunteer team, so your help is invaluable to the success of the team.
