Meet this Saturday at Pierce College 9-8-12

Our first meet is this Saturday at Pierce College.

Start hydrating NOW
Get plenty of rest...Friday is a recovery day

Avoid injuries: if your child is complaining of aches and pains that is normal, but please let the coaches know
Ice NOT heat for sore muscles
If joints are the problem it could be your runner's shoes...ask coach to have a look

We have an early start so be sure to get to bed EARLY
Need to be at Pierce by 6:30 a.m.
7a.m. WALK-THROUGH...whole team needs to be there

We are in charge of snack bar..need to set up and be ready for customers by 7am
If we ALL pitch in..it'll be a piece of cake :)

DON'T FORGET:
sunscreen
plenty of water
a hat
chairs
We need shade if you have it...our team canopies will be used at the snack bar
