VC Express is a youth cross country team for athletes 6 to 16. Our “home” is Arroyo Verde Park in Ventura, CA. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, quality running and training environment for our athletes. We are an all volunteer team, so your help is invaluable to the success of the team. This afternoon's middle school race has been postponed due to weather. Tentatively re-schedule for Thursday, Nov 10th...we will have regular practice on Monday
